DFS had a large number of appointments, but their data was inconsistently captured within a large number of spreadsheets. Consequently, they were unable to retrieve quality reporting information on key donors, volunteers, appointment trends, and referrals from agencies.
Salesforce was implemented to manage key stakeholders including corporates, individuals and donors. All appointments can now be easily submitted by referral agencies via a web form. Success stories are recorded and stored in Salesforce for easy access.
Better reporting means that the quality of grant funding applications is enhanced and Board reporting is simplified. Appointment form recording processes are streamlined, enabling referral agencies to supply data directly to increase accuracy. This allows internal staff to shift their focus from data entry to building stronger relationships with their donors and agencies.
